Chefchaouen, Morocco
Chefchaouen is located in the Rif mountains of northern Morocco. It is a small walled town painted in this incredible light blue color.
I was hanging out in an alcove waiting for the right moment to photograph the locals walking by wearing their wonderfully colorful caftans. These two neighbor women came out of their homes, saw me with my camera and proceeded to visit with each other in spite of my presence. Photographing woman’s faces is prohibited in their culture.
